Herziening pachtprijs. Volgens vaste rechtspraak van de Centrale Grondkamer is de grondkamer in geval van een verzoek van de verpachter om herziening van de pachtprijs gehouden de bestaande pachtprijs (van een perceel land) te verhogen tot de hoogst toelaatbare, tenzij de redelijkheid en billijkheid zich daartegen verzetten.
